The Altar Position

So far a lot of these positions have required a lot of effort from the woman but this one is, so to speak, all man. The needs to kneel down with his legs in a slight V shape so that he is sat on his ankle, with care not to cut off circulation. The woman lowers herself into his lap until they are joined together while she uses her arms to support herself from behind. He then lifts her legs up at the knee and moves in whatever the lovers find comfortable.
