In this Seashell position, the woman is on her back with her legs up over her head. She can cross them at the ankles if it feels more comfortable, but that may require a bit more flexibility. He can enter her from the same angle as in the Missionary position, with his knees still on the bed, and help keep her legs pushed back by gently shifting his weight onto her.

What she can do: Placing a pillow under her lower back will elevate her pelvis for more direct contact with her clitoris and deeper penetration.

What he can do: He can move up higher so that his pelvic bone and the shaft of his penis rub against her clitoris, or he can lower himself to an angle that will stimulate her G-spot with the head of his penis.
