Intimacy & Foreplay Planner

The Intimacy & Foreplay Planner helps partners turn a vague idea such as “let us spend some intimate time together” into a simple plan they can discuss and change together. It does not assume that intimacy must lead to sex, and it does not treat any selected activity as automatic consent to something else.

Intimacy & Foreplay Planner

Create a shared, low-pressure plan. This version runs fully in the browser, does not log answers, and treats every suggestion as optional.

What are you both open to?

Your Optional Plan

Start by choosing how much time you have, your current energy level and the pace that feels most comfortable. Then select only the activities that both people are genuinely open to at the moment. These can include intimate conversation, kissing, affectionate touch, massage, playfulness, a more sensual setting, dress-up or novelty, and aftercare or reconnection.

The planner uses those choices to create a short sequence of optional suggestions. A low-energy plan may emphasise comfort and affection. A slower plan adds more reminders to pause and check in. A playful plan leaves room to change direction, laugh or stop without treating that as a failure.

How to use the planner:

  1. Complete the choices together rather than guessing what the other person wants.
  2. Select only activities that both people are currently comfortable considering.
  3. Generate the plan and read it before starting anything.
  4. Remove, change or skip any suggestion that does not feel right.
  5. Keep checking in as the situation changes.
  6. End with whatever reconnection, conversation, quiet time or space each person prefers.

The result is a conversation aid, not a set of instructions. Consent remains specific and ongoing. Agreeing to kissing does not imply agreement to sexual touching, and choosing an activity in the planner does not prevent either person from changing their mind later.

The tool also cannot tell you what another person wants, whether a relationship is healthy, or whether an activity is medically appropriate for you. If pain, sexual-health concerns, medication effects or other medical questions are involved, seek appropriate professional guidance instead of relying on this planner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Foreplay Planner a sex instruction tool?

No. It is a conversation and planning tool. It suggests optional ways to build intimacy based on choices both partners make together.

Does choosing an activity mean I have consented to it?

No. A selection only means the activity was considered while building the plan. Either person can say no, pause or change their mind at any time.

Do we have to follow every step in the generated plan?

No. Keep, change or skip any suggestion. The plan should adapt to the people using it, not the other way around.

Can we use the planner if we do not want sex?

Yes. The available choices include conversation, affection, massage, playfulness and reconnection. Intimacy does not have to lead to sexual activity.

What happens if our preferences are different?

Discuss the difference and choose only the options that both people want. A mismatch is information for a conversation, not something one person should pressure the other to overcome.

Does the tool store our answers?

No. We do not store any data or send it to an external service.

Can the planner provide medical or sexual-health advice?

No. It does not assess pain, sexual function, STI risk, contraception or other medical issues. Use appropriate health guidance or a qualified clinician for those questions.

Can we use the same plan again later?

Yes, but it is better to complete the choices again because energy, comfort, boundaries and preferences can change from one occasion to another.
