Sexual Compatibility Assessment
Sexual compatibility involves more than how often two people want sex. Partners can have similar desire levels but very different preferences around initiation, affection, novelty, emotional connection or communication. The Sexual Compatibility Assessment compares those dimensions side by side so you can see where you are close and where a conversation may help.
Sexual Compatibility Assessment
Compare preferences without treating differences as failure. Answers remain in this browser.
Your Comparison
What does the assessment compare?
- Preferred sexual frequency
- Who tends to initiate
- Spontaneous or responsive desire patterns
- Affection outside sexual activity
- Importance of emotional connection
- Interest in novelty
- Comfort discussing sex
- Reactions to sexual rejection
- Aftercare preferences
- Privacy and environment
How to use the assessment
- Person 1 completes their answers without trying to predict Person 2.
- Person 2 completes the same questions independently.
- Select Compare after both profiles are complete.
- Review the areas marked as aligned, somewhat different or worth discussing.
- Start with the differences that affect daily life most often rather than trying to change every mismatch.
Why the tool does not give one compatibility score
A single percentage can make small differences look more important than they are and serious differences look less important than they are. Two people may have different sexual frequency preferences but communicate well and find arrangements that work. Another couple may have similar frequency preferences but struggle with pressure, rejection or boundaries.
The useful question is not “Are we compatible?” It is “Where do our expectations differ, and can we talk about those differences without pressure?”
What to do with a mismatch
Ask what the answer means to each person. A preference for less frequent sex may reflect stress, health, privacy, relationship tension or a responsive desire pattern. A preference for more affection may not mean a request for more sex. Avoid treating one person’s answer as the standard that the other person should reach.

Use the Sexual Compatibility Assessment as a map of conversation areas. Compatibility grows from communication, respect and workable choices, not from making two sets of preferences identical.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Sexual Compatibility Assessment measure?
It compares ten areas including desire, initiation, affection, novelty, communication, rejection and aftercare.
Does the tool give a compatibility percentage?
No. It highlights areas of alignment and difference because a single number can hide important context.
Is a difference a sign that the relationship will fail?
No. Differences are common. What matters is whether both people can discuss them and find choices that respect each person’s boundaries.
Can one person complete the tool?
The comparison works best with two profiles. One person can still use the questions for self-reflection.
Does the result diagnose sexual dysfunction?
No. It is an educational relationship tool and does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
Are our answers stored?
No. We do not store any data or send it to an external service.
Should we try to make our answers match?
No. The goal is understanding, not conformity. Some differences may require discussion, compromise or acceptance rather than matching preferences.
