The Piston

This is another position that puts a lot of effort in the woman’s court, especially if the man is happy to sit back and relax. Which is where the position begins, the man sits down and leans back like he is on a recliner and supporting himself with his arms. The woman then sits on top of him with her feet on either side. She then uses her legs like steel springs to go up and down, using her arms where she sees fit as support.
